She’s a communicator at heart and majored in Communication Studies at Northwestern University. She spent three years as a pre-med student before realizing her calling was in a more creative field. Lauren has 25 years of experience in public relations, events and advertising. She cut her teeth at Leo Burnett, and culled her PR skills with Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s.

Twelve years in Chicago and San Francisco fulfilled her desire for big city life and culture. And moving home to Texas in 2005 was the best choice she and her husband ever made! They are now raising two Austinites, hiking on weekends and traveling as often as possible.
